General terms and conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the use of the Playwise platform (website and apps) between Playwise («Playwise», «we»; provider details in section 8) and registered users («coach», «you»).
By registering you accept these terms.
2. What Playwise provides
Playwise consists of two products. Playwise Coach is for coaches: opponent analysis with a match plan and report, training and pre-season planning, a drill library with your own drill editor, a tactics studio, squad, matches and league tables, coach IQ with a weekly quiz and lab, and an AI chat. Playwise Player is for players: weekly quiz, player card, lab, personal training plan, development path, matchday with a rating and an opponent briefing.
Important: until federation data is licensed, information about opposing teams is partly based on calculated sample values. Such areas are marked in the app as sample or estimated values. We maintain the league tables editorially. All analyses, recommendations and ratings are there to support you and come without any warranty of accuracy or completeness.
We keep developing Playwise. Features may be added, changed or removed as long as the agreed scope of services is preserved overall.
3. Registration and account
For Playwise Coach exactly one registration per team is possible; the first valid registration gets access. For Playwise Player you open a personal player account — no club is needed.
Assistant coaches: with a Playwise Coach subscription, the coach can invite up to two assistant coaches. They get their own account and use Playwise for the same team; their access depends on the coach’s subscription and ends with it. The subscription, payment, cancellation and deleting the team remain with the coach. The coach can remove assistant coaches at any time.
The information you give when registering must be truthful. Your login details are personal and must not be passed on.
4. Prices, free trial and payment
Both products start with a free trial of seven days. You enter a payment method when you sign up; nothing is charged during those seven days.
When the trial ends, the chosen subscription is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand. The prices shown at the time of the order apply, in Swiss francs: Playwise Coach CHF 14 per month or CHF 139 per year; Playwise Player CHF 7 per month or CHF 69 per year.
Payment is handled by the payment provider Stripe (e.g. TWINT, credit and debit card). Purchase on invoice is not possible.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
After the trial the subscription runs in the chosen variant and renews automatically for the same period (a month or a year) until it is cancelled.
You can cancel at any time with one click in your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then your access remains. If you cancel during the seven trial days, the contract ends without anything being charged.
You can also delete your account yourself at any time in your profile. The subscription then ends immediately; time already paid for but not used is not refunded.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If it still doesn't go through, we may restrict access until payment or end the subscription.
6. No right of withdrawal — but seven days free
Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. In return you can try Playwise free for seven days and cancel without cost during that time.
Amounts already paid after the trial are not refunded. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
7. Users' obligations
You use Playwise only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law. In particular, circumventing technical protection measures, automated extraction (scraping), posting unlawful content and passing access on to unauthorised persons are prohibited.
As a coach you record personal data about your players (e.g. name, shirt number, position, notes, match data). You make sure the players — for minors, their legal guardians — agree to this, and you only record what you genuinely need to run the team.
8. Provider
Playwise is provided by Kevin Stojanov Playwise (sole proprietorship), email: info@playwise.ch. The postal address is given in the imprint.
9. Intellectual property and your own content
All rights in Playwise (software, drills, texts, graphics, brand) remain with Playwise or the respective rights holders. For the duration of your subscription you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use for your own training and match activities.
Content you create (e.g. training plans, notes, match data) remains your content; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the platform.
Your own drills: if you create a drill in Playwise, you grant us the right to review it, adapt it editorially and make it available to other users in the drill library — free of charge, without limit in time or territory and without attribution. You confirm that the drill is yours and does not infringe the rights of third parties. On request we will remove a published drill again; a short message to info@playwise.ch is enough.
Opponent memory: Playwise may show the system and tapped keywords about opposing teams to other users in anonymous, aggregated form — only once two independent sources agree, without names and without notes. Coaches can switch sharing off for each opponent (details in the privacy policy, section 2).
Public profile: players decide for themselves whether their profile is public and appears in the Playwise player list. This is voluntary and can be revoked at any time in the profile.
10. Warranty and liability
Playwise is operated with care. As far as legally permitted, warranty and liability are excluded for: slight negligence, indirect and consequential damage, lost profit, and damage arising from the use of the analyses, statistics and recommendations provided (including sample and estimated values).
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected, as does any further liability that cannot be excluded by law. Responsibility for the design of training sessions and line-ups lies with the coach.
11. Suspension and termination
In the event of serious or repeated breaches of these terms we may suspend access after a prior warning or terminate the contract extraordinarily. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case, to the extent the breach is your responsibility.
12. Changes to these terms
We may adapt these terms with effect for the future, in particular for new features, changed prices or a changed legal situation. We will notify you of material changes in good time in your account or by email. If you do not object within 30 days, or if you keep using Playwise, the new version applies; if you object, the contract ends at the end of the current billing period.
13. Final provisions
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich; mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction — in particular for consumers — are reserved.
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
